For orders outside the Iberian Peninsula, the public postal company of each country will be used.
The delivery time is between 7/9 working days. Since our bracelets are 100% customisable, require a manual process and above all, we want them to reach you in perfect condition, we need this margin of manufacture and packaging. When you place your order we will provide you with a tracking number, so that you do not lose sight of your bracelet. If your order is delayed, please do not hesitate to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will try to solve it as soon as possible.
Return or exchange policy
Free exchanges and refunds for 30 days by bank transfer
If you have requested a change to your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when the issue has been dealt with. Refunds will be processed shortly after we receive your order back.
Responsibility for transport
From Latitude Bracelets we do not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the customer being incorrect or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the customer or the retention of the order in Customs. However, our delivery company makes two delivery attempts. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred since customs clearance, including any additional taxes or fees.
